complex activities.
Purpose of the Training
This training program provides knowledge and
skills necessary to understand issues that drive project management. This
training session is designed to prepare participants to learn how to use
detailed project management tools, such as Microsoft Project©. However, it is
not a software training session. It is specifically targeted as an
introductory overview for automotive and manufacturing companies that are
engaged in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. During this training, you will:
